Bolstered the lifecycle of the instructional design process for 15 products and processes, including analyzing data to identify curriculum needs, using storyboards and collaboration to develop engaging content, and designing effective learner and Program assessment tools. • Designed and delivered virtual, classroom, and web-based instruction for technical programs. • Managed training for 20 locations in North and South America.

         CCRB meeting; implemented 12 periods of approved instruction across the USMC.

         of new system.
